Tally Integration

Overview

Connect Tally to turn form submissions into leads and trigger calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, or other campaign workflows.

Capabilities

• Lead import: New submissions create or update leads in a chosen campaign.
• Field mapping: Map Tally questions into OutCaller lead fields: name, phone, email, and description.
• Automatic webhooks: The webhook is registered with Tally automatically when you save the form mapping — no manual setup required.

Prerequisites

• A published, open Tally form.
• A Tally API key that can read forms and manage webhooks.
• An OutCallerAI campaign with an assigned agent.
• Questions that collect a name and phone number.

Setup

1. Open Integrations: Go to the Integrations Dashboard and select Tally.

2. Connect and open Setup: Click Connect Tally, then switch to the Setup tab.

3. API Key: Copy your Tally API key from your Tally account and paste it into the API Key field.

4. Map form to campaign: After credentials save, pick a Tally form and Campaign.

5. Map lead fields: Choose which Tally question should populate each OutCaller lead field:

   • Name
   • Phone
   • Email
   • Description

   Name and phone are required. Email and description can be left unmapped if your form does not collect them.

6. Save: Save the setup. New submissions will create or update leads in the selected campaign using the saved field mapping.

How it works

• If the selected Tally form is closed, reopen it in Tally before expecting new submissions.
• OutCaller uses the saved field mapping first. Automatic label matching is only used to prefill suggestions. Each new submission imports into the selected campaign for outbound workflows.

Verify the integration

Submit a test response with a unique phone number. Confirm the lead appears in the selected campaign with the expected mapped values.

Troubleshooting

• If no forms appear, verify the API key belongs to the expected Tally account.
• If no lead appears, confirm the form is open, the mapping is saved, and the managed webhook is active.
• If fields are blank, remap the affected Tally questions and save again.

Disconnect

Select Disconnect Integration in the Tally drawer. OutCallerAI removes its managed webhook and saved credentials; existing leads remain.
