Fillout Integration
Import Fillout submissions as leads and route them into OutCallerAI usecases.
Overview
Connect Fillout with an API key to create or update OutCaller leads whenever somebody submits your form.
Capabilities
- Lists forms directly from your Fillout account.
- Maps Fillout questions to name, phone, email, description, or custom lead fields.
- Registers and removes submission webhooks automatically.
- Routes each lead into your selected OutCaller usecase.
- Uses the Fillout submission ID to avoid duplicate leads when a webhook is retried.
Prerequisites
- A published Fillout form.
- A Fillout API key that can read forms and manage webhooks.
- An OutCallerAI usecase with an assigned agent.
- A mapped name plus at least one contact field: phone or email.
Setup
- In Fillout, open Settings → Developer → API key.
- Generate or copy your API key.
- In OutCaller, open Integrations → Fillout → Setup.
- Paste the API key and save it.
- Select a Fillout form and target usecase.
- Map Name and at least one contact field: Phone or Email.
- Save again. OutCaller creates the Fillout webhook automatically.
Your API key is encrypted at rest and is never displayed again by OutCaller. Replace it if you regenerate the key in Fillout.
How it works
Fillout sends each new submission to an OutCallerAI-managed webhook. The saved mapping converts answers into lead fields, and the Fillout submission ID prevents duplicates when delivery is retried.
Verify the integration
Submit the selected form with a unique phone number or email. Confirm the lead appears in the target usecase with the expected mapped values.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid API key: regenerate the key in Fillout and reconnect.
- No forms shown: confirm the key belongs to the expected Fillout account.
- No lead created: confirm Name plus Phone or Email mappings and submit the selected form.
Disconnect
Select Disconnect Integration in the Fillout drawer. OutCallerAI removes its managed webhook before deleting the saved credentials; existing leads remain.
