Jotform Integration
Import Jotform submissions as OutCaller leads and route them into a usecase.
Overview
Connect Jotform to create or update OutCaller leads whenever someone submits a selected form.
Capabilities
- Lists forms and questions directly from your Jotform account.
- Maps Jotform questions to lead name, phone, email, and description.
- Registers and replaces the Jotform webhook automatically.
- Routes each submission into the selected usecase.
- Uses the Jotform submission ID to handle delivery retries safely.
Prerequisites
- A published form in a standard Jotform account.
- A Jotform Full Access API key so OutCallerAI can manage the form webhook.
- An OutCallerAI usecase with an assigned agent.
Setup
- In Jotform, open Settings → API and create a Full Access API key. OutCaller needs this permission to register and remove the form webhook.
- Open OutCaller Integrations → Jotform → Setup.
- Paste the key and save.
- Save, then select the form and target usecase.
- Map the form questions to the required lead fields.
- Save the mapping. OutCaller configures the webhook automatically.
- Submit the form and confirm the lead appears in the selected usecase.
How it works
- Jotform's free Starter plan currently allows 1,000 API requests per day.
- Re-enable a disabled form before expecting new submissions.
- Changing the selected form replaces the previous OutCaller webhook.
- This integration currently supports standard Jotform accounts only.
Verify the integration
Submit the selected form with a unique phone number. Confirm the lead appears in the target usecase and that mapped fields match the response.
Troubleshooting
- If no forms appear, verify the API key is Full Access and belongs to the expected account.
- If no lead appears, confirm the form is enabled and the mapping save reported an active webhook.
- If API requests are rejected, check the Jotform daily request limit.
Disconnect
Select Disconnect Integration in the Jotform drawer. OutCallerAI removes the managed webhook and saved credentials; existing leads remain.
