Usage & Billing
Monitor consumption, understand workspace limits, and review plan usage.
The Usage page shows plan details and how the active workspace is consuming product resources. It is workspace-specific and may be hidden for workspaces whose plan or permissions do not expose usage information.
Review usage
- Compare call and messaging usage with the current billing period.
- Check plan limits before launching a large campaign.
- Match unusual consumption with dashboard and conversation activity.
- Restrict workspace access to people who need billing visibility.
The dashboard usage indicator shows used calling minutes against the workspace allowance when a finite limit applies. Business or enterprise workspaces can have different entitlements, and some plans display an unlimited allowance rather than a percentage.
Understand workspace scope
Usage belongs to the active workspace. Switch to the correct workspace before comparing a use case with its allowance or investigating a change. Access to advanced analytics, integrations, API access, or usage details can also depend on workspace features and plan configuration.
Before increasing volume
Estimate the number of leads, expected attempts per lead, average call duration, and any messaging or integration usage. Run a representative batch first, then project from measured results.
For outbound workflows, retries and unanswered attempts can materially change consumption. Include the configured maximum attempts and retry window in the estimate, then compare the projection with measured data after the first controlled batch.
Investigate unexpected usage
- Confirm the active workspace and billing period.
- Compare the change with call volume on the Dashboard.
- Filter Conversations to the relevant use case and date range.
- Check retry settings and whether an integration added more leads than expected.
- Contact workspace support with the date range and affected use case if the records do not explain the total.
Open Usage to review the current workspace.
